Client was released soon after.<\/cite><cite><br \/><\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Violations: <\/b><strong>Felon in Possession of Firearm, Failure to Cooperate with Poli<\/strong>ce.\u00a0 Client had been revoked on 3 prior occasions.\u00a0 Client was on supervision in 4 different felony convictions.\u00a0 Three of the convictions involved drug charges (Cocaine); the 4<sup>th<\/sup> conviction involved possession of a firearm and fleeing law enforcement officers.\u00a0 Specifically, the convictions were for:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 Possession With Intent to Distribute (PWID) Cocaine<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Manufacture \/ Deliver Cocaine<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Possession of Firearm by Felon<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Flee Elude Police<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0 Possession of Cocaine<\/p>\n<p>Current violations alleged were similar to the charges in prior convictions.\u00a0 Police responded to an area in Milwaukee to investigate a ShotSpotter alert, which detected 6 gunshots fired.\u00a0 (ShotSpotter is a network of acoustic sensors with technology to detect location of gunfire.) Officers arrived at the ShotSpotter location and observed 5 males gathering in the street.\u00a0 Officers ordered all 5 individuals to stop moving.\u00a0 Client kept walking after the order to stop was given.\u00a0 Police gave a 2<sup>nd<\/sup> order to Client to stop moving.\u00a0 Client was then observed by police pulling a \u201cdark object\u201d from his pocket and tossing it toward a nearby house.\u00a0 At the same time, Police also saw a large sum of cash fall from Client\u2019s pocket.\u00a0 Police later found a firearm in the same spot the dark object landed.<\/p>\n<p>Sydne argued there was no physical evidence directly tying Client to the gun or cash.\u00a0 No DNA, No Prints were found on either of these.\u00a0 Through testimony from a private investigator, Sydne was able to prove it was physically impossible for the \u201cdark object\u201d to land under the stairs of a nearby house where the gun was later found.\u00a0 She also proved the gun had not been fired, and convinced the ALJ that the gun was most likely already there before this incident occurred.\u00a0 The ALJ ruled there was insufficient evidence to prove the alleged rules violations and ordered Client released.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESULTS:\u00a0 Revocation Beat!\u00a0 DOC Failed to Prove Violations &#8211; Client Released!
