Cases Won – Indecent Exposure Violations (BPo)

RESULTS:  Revocation Beat!  Revocation Hearing Canceled!   The DOC canceled the final revocation hearing after accepting Sydne’s ATR Proposal.

Violations: Indecent Exposure, Lewd & Lascivious.  While Client was on probation for prior convictions of lewd & lascivious / indecent exposure incidents.  Based on her background and training in clinical psychology and in diagnosing learning disorders, Sydne argued the impulsivity from an untreated diagnosis of ADHD was driving the behavior in the repeated exposure incidents and proposed a comprehensive ATR (alternative to revocation) to her client’s probation agent that would involve dual-diagnosis treatment, and ongoing relapse prevention monitoring post treatment.
